Conor Mullen

Owner

The owner of Hustle Fitness, Conor has always been heavily involved in multiple sports growing up with a keen interest in training, health and nutrition.

Conor plays junior soccer with Avenue United along with playing for the Clare Oscar Traynor’s for the past 7 years (Winning Two All Ireland’s).

Conor’s ambition when first planning to open a gym was to ensure he created world-class facilities that cater for people of all levels of fitness, regardless of age, ability or experience with a friendly and inviting environment. Conor is delighted to have achieved this and have such an amazing team working with him on his journey in Ennis, Galway, and now Shannon.

Declan Ensko

Area Manager

Having been with Hustle since the beginning back in 2017, it is incredible to look back on everything that has happened since I first joined the team as a Personal Trainer.

We’ve got a great chance to really make a name for ourselves in Shannon as a leading health & fitness provider and I am determined to achieve this with the help of our brilliant team of coaches.

Meeting our new members and welcoming a few familiar faces down from Ennis too over the past two weeks has been fantastic. It will take time but I’ve no doubt that we will see some unbelievable personal goals being hit within Hustle Shannon very soon.

Julia Sanz

Personal Trainer

I studied at NUIG for a few years and then went on to become a personal trainer studying with Image Fitness.

I speak 3 languages and love reading. I’ve always been interested in sports, particularly gymnastics. I have many All-Ireland winning medals, both team and individual. Playing volleyball in PE was definitely a highlight of my school years.

My dream is to help people reach their fitness goals and be the best they can be. I am a huge believer that mental and physical health go hand in hand.

Emily Barry

Personal Trainer

My name is Emily and I am studying Mental Health Nursing at U.L. My journey with sport & fitness started on the sidelines of pitches as a young child, and I have been playing football, amongst other sports, for the last 14 years. More recently, I have worked with a personal trainer in Hustle Fitness who had a major influence on my ability to achieve my personal goals. The education, guidance & support I received during the one-to-one sessions regarding my own personal fitness & well-being sparked an interest in me to explore the role of Personal Training.

Sport & fitness has not only provided me with physical fitness, it has a hugely positive effect on my mental health and the ability to have a healthy balance in my life.

My hobbies include meeting people, music, G.A.A & socialising. I am passionate about helping people reach their own fitness goals and becoming the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.

I am currently in my 4th year in UL studying Exercise and Health fitness, I hope to go onto a Masters to become a PE teacher after this.

I am a fully qualified Lifeguard, Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning coach and qualified to work with children in the fitness industry (all through NCEF)
I have been playing camogie since I was 5 so I have always had an interest in all sports and fitness. After recovering from a knee injury, that spiked my interest in the gym.

I have a special interest in the strength and conditioning sides of the gym with individuals and teams.

Gillian Copley

Personal Trainer

Hi, my name is Gill. I am currently in my final year of college at UL studying exercise and health fitness. At present, I am a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and pilates and corrective exercise teacher.

I stepped foot into a gym for the first time in 2018 and have never looked back. The gym has helped me to grow both physically and mentally stronger. Although I never enjoyed team sports growing up, I found my love for exercise in the gym lifting weights.

My goals in my career are to help women gain confidence in themselves and the gym through resistance training and to educate and share as much honest knowledge as I can.

Outside of the gym, I have a love for animals, particularly dogs. I have a 2-year-old child named Delilah who is a Bernese Mountain dog.
