Conor Mullen

Owner

The owner of Hustle Fitness, Conor has always been heavily involved in multiple sports growing up with a keen interest in training, health and nutrition.

Conor plays junior soccer with Avenue United along with playing for the Clare Oscar Traynor’s for the past 5 years (Winning Two All Ireland’s).
 
Conor’s ambition when first planning to open a gym was to ensure he created world-class facilities that cater for people of all levels of fitness, regardless of age, ability or experience with a friendly and inviting environment. Conor is delighted to have achieved this and have such an amazing team working with him on his journey in both Ennis and Galway.

Declan Ensko

Manager

Graduated from I.T. Tralee with an Honours Degree in Health & Leisure with Fitness Profession in 2017.

Fully Qualified Personal Trainer & Fitness Class Instructor (REPS Accreditation), First Aid Responder, Lifguard & Swimming Coach.

Declan got into the Fitness Industry through a passion for soccer and resistance training. He has been playing soccer with local side Ennis Town for 20+ years and featured on several County Teams at underage level. Declan found his passion for coaching within his club team at 14 years of age through his FAI Accredited Kick Start Coaching Badges.

Declan has been working in the industry for over 8 years and has been with Hustle Fitness since the beginning in August of 2017. He has gained valuable experience through the years from working alongside some of the very best Fitness Professionals in the country.

David Flynn

Personal Trainer

David qualified in 2020 with a degree with Business and Sports Management. He has a passion for all things fitness and sport related. David is currently playing rugby for Young Munster RFC and has spent time in the Munster Academy.

David loves meeting and getting to know he’s clients on a personal level and in a team environment. He strives to educate people in how everyone can achieve a great life balance with fitness and health and how even the smallest of changes can influence the most significant results. David is committed to you reaching your goals long term and in the most sustainable way. Along with becoming apart of the hustle family, David looks forward to creating and building that realistic health and fitness journey with and for you.

Seán Rouine

Personal Trainer

Seán started working in Hustle in June 2021. He has completed a Business & Sports Management Degree in TUS and has also completed a Diploma in Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning with Setanta College.

Seán is a G.A.A. fanatic from Lahinch who has a huge passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals. He plays his club Gaelic football with ennistymon and has represented Clare at all grades from u14 to senior. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and swimming in the sea.

He enjoys challenging his clients in a positive and encouraging manner. He ensures his clients leave the gym with a smile on their face knowing they have worked hard and had a good time doing so.

marianne bittencourt

Marianne Bittencourt

Personal Trainer

Marianne is an ITEC qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor (since 2020) who was driven into fitness years ago along with her dance and ballet teaching career.

Marianne is a fan of all forms of physical activity, including Dancing, Sprinting (Competed in the nationals athletics in 200 meters when she was 15 yo, in Montevideo Uruguay) and Hiking.

Marianne started working in Hustle Fitness in August 2021 and since then it has been her passion to work with her clients on improving their lifestyles and fitness levels.

“I love to be part of a person’s positive change in their lives. That’s my way of extending a helping hand when someone needs it.”

She has a big interest in the mental health side of personal training as well as physiotherapy, injury & recovery, and nutrition.

Creating a culture of motivation and hard work is essential and she is delighted to start new journeys with new clients.

Steven McGann

Personal Trainer

Steven joined the Hustle team in September 2021 and loved every minute of it since.

He has played soccer his whole life and been involved in a gym set up since the age of 15. Steven has a massive interest in fitness and is eager to learn all he can about the benefits of being a part of a gym environment.

Firm believer on learning something new everyday, whether if it’s off his clients or other staff members, and he hopes that his experience and knowledge in the gym will pass onto all his clients in the future.

ultan sheils

Ultan Sheils

Personal Trainer

Ultan qualified from the NCEF in the University of Limerick in Fitness with an Higher Certificate in Health and Fitness. He’s a registered PT & Fitness Instructor with REPs Ireland and a first aid responder (PHECC certified).

An absolute sports fanatic, he currently plays Gaelic football with Éire Óg Inis and soccer with the Ennis Town Senior team. He’s tried his hand at every sport he possibly could and as of the last year or so he’s started to dip his toe into climbing, bouldering and hiking.

Within personal training he has a strong interest in sustained weight loss, mobility and improving his clients work performance. He sees training in a gym environment as an opportunity to improve daily physical function, prevent future injuries and improve performance in both a sport and life.

Loves working with clients to establish health promoting behaviours in a sustainable and realistic way.
