Conor Mullen

The owner of Hustle Fitness, Conor has always been heavily involved in multiple sports growing up with a keen interest in training, health and nutrition.

Conor plays junior soccer with Avenue United along with playing for the Clare Oscar Traynor’s for the past 7 years (Winning Two All Ireland’s).

Conor is delighted to have achieved this and have such an amazing team working with him on his journey in Ennis, Galway, and now Shannon.

Declan Ensko

Sales Manager

Having been with Hustle since the beginning back in 2017, it is incredible to look back on everything that has happened since I first joined the team as a Personal Trainer.

We’ve got a great chance to really make a name for ourselves in Shannon as a leading health & fitness provider and I am determined to achieve this with the help of our brilliant team of coaches.

Meeting our new members and welcoming a few familiar faces down from Ennis too over the past two weeks has been fantastic. It will take time but I’ve no doubt that we will see some unbelievable personal goals being hit within Hustle Shannon very soon.

Personal Trainer

I am currently in my 4th year in UL studying Exercise and Health fitness, I hope to go onto a Masters to become a PE teacher after this.

I am a fully qualified Lifeguard, Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning coach and qualified to work with children in the fitness industry (all through NCEF)
I have been playing camogie since I was 5 so I have always had an interest in all sports and fitness. After recovering from a knee injury, that spiked my interest in the gym.

I have a special interest in the strength and conditioning sides of the gym with individuals and teams.

Gillian Copley

Personal Trainer

Hi, my name is Gill. I am currently in my final year of college at UL studying exercise and health fitness. At present, I am a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and pilates and corrective exercise teacher.

I stepped foot into a gym for the first time in 2018 and have never looked back. The gym has helped me to grow both physically and mentally stronger. Although I never enjoyed team sports growing up, I found my love for exercise in the gym lifting weights.

My goals in my career are to help women gain confidence in themselves and the gym through resistance training and to educate and share as much honest knowledge as I can.

Outside of the gym, I have a love for animals, particularly dogs. I have a 2-year-old child named Delilah who is a Bernese Mountain dog.

Sophie Fitzsimons

Personal Trainer

I’m a 20-year-old qualified personal trainer with a passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals.

I’m currently studying marketing and sales in ATU and hope to become an entrepreneur in the future.

I’ve been going to Hustle for over three years, focusing on strength and hypertrophy training. The gym has taught me self-love, discipline, and confidence, which helps me in every part of my life. I’ve also done five years of gymnastics, giving me a strong understanding of movement and balance.

Outside the gym, I love traveling and hiking. Last year, I spent three months backpacking in Southeast Asia, which was an amazing experience.

Siobhan O’Sullivan

Personal Trainer

My name is Siobhan, I’m a Personal Trainer at Hustle. Currently in my 5th year of Pharmacy in Trinity, I also hold a diploma in personal training and strength and conditioning from Setanta college. Having trained at Hustle for years I’m excited to now be part of a great team. My own interests are strength training and running.

I enjoy the positive impact that fitness can have on people’s lives, and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to help others improve their wellbeing. Coming from a pharmacy background I have a particular interest in how fitness and strength can play a key role in managing and improving chronic health conditions and quality of life.

My favourite part about Hustle is the social and supportive atmosphere that’s here and I enjoy meeting the incredible members who have contributed to its success.
