As we know, the hardest step is the first one through the door, where you’ll be guided around our state-of-the-art facility by one of the team.
The next step in your personal training journey is your chat with one of coaches. Here they will discuss your goals, availability, injury history and previous training history. This is done in a private one to one setting. After this initial meeting with your coach, you will be booked in for your first session and your personal training journey begins.
