The Process

Once you have contacted us here regarding Personal training, we book you in for a chat and a coffee with one of our highly experienced coaches, at a time that is convenient for you.

In your time here at Hustle Galway, you will always be welcomed with a friendly smile and made to feel as though this is your home away from home. We have created a relaxed and ego free atmosphere. As we know, the hardest step is the first one through the door, where you’ll be guided around our state-of-the-art facility by one of the team.

The next step in your personal training journey is your chat with one of coaches. Here they will discuss your goals, availability, injury history and previous training history. This is done in a private one to one setting. After this initial meeting with your coach, you will be booked in for your first session and your personal training journey begins.

We do not provide a ‘magic pill’, but we can give you the tools needed to achieve whatever goals you have in mind.

How many should I do per week?
1-2 per week is a great starting point for anyone, this would complement any other exercise that you are partaking in outside of PT.
Is Personal Training worth it?
Like anything in life, you get out exactly what you put into it. Our coaches can guide and assist you all the way but at the end of the day you only get what you give.
How much does Personal Training Cost at Hustle Galway?
We are currently running a special off of 8 sessions for €199.
How long are the sessions?

Our Personal Training sessions last anywhere from 45 – 60 minutes per session.
