Learn to Lift Bootcamp

A specialised class to teach people how to effectively strength train in a fun and safe environment.
 
Over this class we will focus on our bigger strength lifts such as our Squat patterns, Romanian Deadlifts and heavier upper body lifts all with free weights.
 
This class will not only help you gain strength in a safe manner through coaching but also help develop mobility and reduce risk of injury.
 
Our learn to lift bootcamp is ideal for both the beginner and advanced training individuals
 

Class Schedule

Our Hustle Lunch crunch is our 40 minutes Hiit and core fitness class.
This is open to all levels of fitness where we will work on strength cardiovascular endurance and most of all building a strong core
Join us on your lunch break from work every Wednesday at Friday at 1.10 to make you feel energized for the rest of the day!
 

Cost is €5 for members and €10 for non members.
