What are spinning classes?
We’ve coined our spinning classes Hustle Spin and they are a fun and challenging workout on our top of the range Keiser bikes. The class lasts approximately 45 minutes and you’re guaranteed to get a sweat on!
Spinning classes will help you build muscle, tone your legs and burn fat in the process!
Our legendary playlists range from 80s classics to modern dance hits! No two classes are ever the same and the routines change for every class.
The class consists of several different sprints, out the saddle climbs and seated climbs.
We have classes for the early birds which start at 6:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. We also run classes on a Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm. Finally, we have a Saturday morning class at 10:00am.

What do you bring to your spinning class?
- Make sure you get to the class 5 minutes before it starts to make any adjustments to the bike and to get a warmup in before the class commences.
- A towel! You’ll need it.
- Water.
- A great attitude.
