Teenage Girls Fitness Class

This class is specifically designed for teenage girls who wish to improve their physical and cardiovascular fitness. 
Participants can expect mixture of age appropriate strength exercise, cardio exercises, core work and most importantly, fun. 
We incorporate exercises which will suit beginners as well as those with gym or fitness class experience. 
It is a great safe space to come and workout with friends under the guidance of professional coaches.
