Our Fitness Class is designed to improve any given participants overall levels of fitness. The program is open to all levels of fitness each participant will work at their own pace. It will focus on incorporating all aspects of training modes that are available. Weight loss increased muscle tone and shape, cardiovascular endurance and stamina are just some of the benefits of completing our fitness class.
Each session will run for 45 – 60 minutes and will be different from the last. We will provide a safe and fun environment for each client whilst also pushing everyone to be the best they can be. Various training styles will be used throughout. These classes are €10 PAYG.
