The Circuit class involves a mixture of bodyweight, suspension training, resistance training and cardiovascular movements with the ultimate aim of increasing the participants’ level of fitness. Timings for each round of movements will vary from long work duration with short rest times to moderate work and rest times. Participants can expect to find themselves pushing into new levels of fitness.
